Very happy with the quality of the sliding glass doors and windows that replaced my 1970s windows and doors! Window world was very easy to work with and very accommodating to my schedule. The installers were amazing, very respectful and super efficient! They replaced my three sliding glass doors and two windows in one day.

Great customer service and communication from start to finish. Salesman Omar showed up on time, provided quote after measuring. Cost was agreed to, and I was told it may take approx. 8 weeks until the windows were manufactured and installed. However, just a little over 4 weeks later, our beautiful new windows are in and we've noticed a dramatic savings in electricity and natural gas usage, plus the overall look of our home inside and out. Install took approx. 4 hours, and the installers were polite, tidy, and efficient. Highly recommend Window World Riverside!

Max and Brandon came and got straight to work. They both knew what they were doing for sure!
I noticed that both were having issues getting the screen door aligned to close and open correctly. Upon completion, I liked that Max said he will order another screen door; because that one is not operating properly, and he noticed that I had issues closing and opening it also.
I will let you know how long it will take to get the replacement screen for my sliding patio door. That is an important matter to know.
Will definitely refer Window World to both my neighbors. In fact, I texted them that I am having my patio door replaced and texted all the information and my invoice.
Max forgot to give me a copy of the receipt and I forgot to ask for a copy. Always keep all your receipts for home improvements; because when you sell your house, if you do, you will need them to file taxes for capital gain.

Overall we had a very satisfying experience from our initial meeting and on through to the installation with the team at Window World. The crew worked hard in the heat to get the project completed in three days. Emails and phone calls were returned promptly. We do wish we had been reminded prior to installation about the need to paint around the outside of the outdoor frames to avoid dust getting stuck in it. That way we could have arranged for a painter to do the work.

So excited with our new upgrade. Window world made the process smooth and easy from start to finish. Omar made sure I understood the process, he kept in touch during the waiting period. The workers whom placed the windows were very neat and clean.
