Window World made the process of replacing 10 windows and 3 patio doors very easy. They came to my house and explained everything that would happen and the process went very smoothly. The windows and doors were ready well within the time frame promised and the installers were very courteous and did a beautiful job of removing and installing everything. They cleaned up both days, leaving my house spotless. I’m very pleased with the results and the value I got.

From the beginning with purchase from Ko Dos, checking in with office staff Laura and Megan and finally the installation. Three young men arrived at my condo at the promised time and promptly removed the old windows continuing for the next few hours installing the new ones. Quiet, well mannered and what appeared to have a very cooperative relationship. Max seemed to be the coordinator of the trio with Marco working with Brandon, appearing to give him instructions from time to time. It was a good feeling to be in the same environment. Self-sufficient, working diligently, quietly and efficiently. Max explained the warranty and another document (permit) letting me know they were important to retain. Max returned a few days later to address my inability to unlock the slider. He explained how it worked and was very helpful. Good group of people throughout the company and heartily recommend them.

We finally decided to get new windows this year and could not be happier. We got quotes for 4 different companies and window world was fairly priced and answered all of our questions professionally and timely. The warranty also sold us. The installation process was easily and handled very well. Max and the rest of the crew were kind towards me, my children, and dog. I would recommend 10/10!
